Each training plan that is purchased is customized to each individual client. Training plans are written to accommodate the clients needs and equipment that is available to the client. We can write plans for traditional weights, circuit training, bodyweight, home gym, etc. Whether you have a little equipment or a lot at your disposal we can write a plan for you. Or if you are looking for a plan to supplement your existing training, for example: plyometric training, running, boxing, pilates, stretching, etc. We have you covered.
Each training plan includes:
– individualized training schedule with workouts for each body part based on your current standings and ultimate goals
– cardio schedule if deemed necessary
– 4 weeks of unlimited online support and motivation via email, phone or text.
