A full LEG/GLUTE PROGRAM developed by Maizee geared to help grow, shape and strengthen your glutes. The program is mainly a glute/hamstring focused plan but includes a variety of leg exercises and combinations to shape your entire lower body.
The program includes:
– Fully labeled VIDEO demos for each exercise
– PDF text document outling each workout
– Prescribed sets/reps/rest times
– Recommended split for the included workouts
– Supplementation advice
You will need gym access to this program. Equipment utilized for each workout include: barbell, dumbbells, back extension, hamstring curl machine, calf machine, plyo box for step-ups, cables, treadmill. A majority of each workout can be done with a barbell & DB’s but the above equipment is necessary to do the complete workout.
